Stephen Higgins

Stephen Higgins is the new SISHA Chairman of the Board. He is an experienced banking executive having worked in Australia and Asia, and is now consulting for companies in Cambodia. Until recently he was with ANZ Banking Group for 18 years, with his last role being CEO of ANZ Royal Bank, one of the largest and most successful banks in Cambodia. Reflecting his understanding of broader social issues, Stephen was a member of ANZ’s Group Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
