Who we are
South East Asia Investigations into Social
and
Humanitarian Activities (SISHA) is an Australian registered, Cambodian based
INGO. SISHA conducts investigations into Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation
in South East Asia and has a board of four directors,
two of whom are based in Australia and two
in Cambodia.
Steve Morrish
Cambodia Country Director who is a qualified criminal investigator with 8 years policing experience in Australia and three years investigative experience in human trafficking and child sexual exploitation in Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand and India. Steve’s passion
is helping exploited women and children and dedicates his policing and investigation skills
to prosecute people who exploit vulnerable
women and children.
Edward Kelly
Serves as a Partner and Chief Client Relationship Officer for Tilleke & Gibbins International Ltd.
His practice area covers Thailand, Laos, Burma, Cambodia and Vietnam. Ed has consistently been identified by the AsiaLaw Leading Lawyers Survey as one of Asia’s leading business lawyers. in the area of intellectual property
and he has been recognized as a pre-eminent practitioner
in the field of trademark law
in the Guide
to the World’s Leading Trade Mark Law Practitioners, in association with Managing Intellectual Property, 2006 edition, as well as
a leading Patent practitioner in the Guide to
the World’s Leading Patent Law Practitioners,
in association with Managing Intellectual Property, 2007 edition.
As a social activist, he and his wife, Sasithorn, manage micro-finance projects to incubate sustainable economic development
for SME’s
at the village level in Thailand and Cambodia. In their spare time, Ed and Sasithorn maintain a working rice farm in rural Burirum Thailand.
Ed also enjoys sailing and trains in Muay Thai Boxing and in Aikido.
Ed is privileged to be a member of the Board of Directors of SISHA, where the mission includes rescues and aftercare of victims
of child and human trafficking, along with
the profiling,
tracking, arrest and extradition
of paedophiles to be prosecuted in western jurisdictions.
Ed brings invaluable legal experience
to
SISHA and an unquestionable passion
and commitment to eradicate exploitation.
Mark Wylie
Mark is the Managing Director of Securitiworx Pty Ltd and has gained extensive experience in the public and private sectors over a broad and successful management career spanning 25 years. Securitiworx is a corporate advisory
and consulting firm that provides business protection services to organisations within Australia, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
Mark has balanced his grounded expertise
in security risk management, emergency management, business continuity, fraud and corruption control, investigations and training, with current Doctoral research, a Master of Business and graduate qualifications in Risk Management and Industrial Relations. Mark has worked in various sectors including government, aviation, maritime, oil and gas, customs, insurance, retail and transport. Mark’s law-enforcement background as a Detective Senior Sergeant in the Victoria Police and lecturer at the Detective Training School will enhance the SISHA objective of developing the capacities
of law enforcement agencies combating
human exploitation.
Mark strongly believes in human rights,
equality and natural justice. Having worked
in third world countries and seen first hand
the
exploitation
of people, Mark seeks to contribute to the
preservation of the dignity
of
people.
Simon Wagstaff
Simon Wagstaff has 31 years in the security and travel business and has worked as a consultant and lived in Asia for almost 18 years. Prior to, this he served in the British Military for 18 years. A Veteran of the Falklands War and seven active duty tours in Northern Ireland,

he also spent several years on active counter-terrorist duty
in Europe and was awarded the British Empire Medal for Meritorious Service. Simon has completed the Aviation Security Management course at the International Centre for Air Transport Management in Tel Aviv, Israel and has provide services to support numerous economic sectors and clients range from energy, banking, insurance, technology, manufacturing, retail and travel to high-profi le executives, entertainers, sports stars, heads of state, foreign dignitaries and diplomats.
Allan Clarke
Allan is the Chairman and the founder of Global Green International and holds positions on company boards worldwide. His role within these groups involves him, on a day-to-day basis, licensing Technologies, Solutions and Environmental products to Multinational companies, Governments, Homeland Defence
in industries ranging from solid Wastes to
energy projects in third world countries through
to cutting edge Environmental Technology for
industry and Governments.
Allan has been actively involved with commercialising intellectual property for over 30 years where he has played an instrumental role in licensing many revolutionary products to the International marketplace. Allan is the consummate entrepreneur with a seasoned business background and has an impressive track record of accomplishments.
Allan's position as Chairman on various company boards in Japan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Korea, Singapore, Australia, Netherlands,USA and his
current projects in the environmental arena allows him to be in direct contact with the local entities,governments and to further support the local foundations at ground level in third world countries.
Allan brings vast experience and business management to the SISHA and his passion in assisting and developing third world countries is unquestionable.
SISHA staff are from Cambodian and Vietnamese origins who are experienced and qualified in policing, investigations, law, victim support services and business administration.
All of the staff have a passion for helping vulnerable and exploited women and children and commitment to rid South East Asia of human trafficking and sexual exploitation by investigating offenders, both local and non-local, who traffick, sell or arrange for sale women and children and/or engage in sexual activity with children
