Program Development Intern- 2011/2012
Jessica graduated from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University in 2009. While an undergraduate, she completed her journalism residency at e.tv in Johannesburg, South Africa and received a grant to produce a documentary about Zimbabwean refugees. Following graduation, Jessica worked as a News Assistant for CNN before moving to Manila, Philippines on a Fulbright grant to study the treatment of child prisoners. In 2010, she was selected for a Princeton in Asia Fellowship and spent a year working for Trocaire’s Governance and Human Rights Programme in Timor-Leste (East Timor). Jessica is excited to spend the second year of her Princeton in Asia Fellowship with SISHA. She is currently applying to law school and plans to pursue a career in human rights documentation and justice system reform.
