Mark is an entrepreneur with strong financial management and corporate governance credentials. Following an international career in banking, Mark co-founded the Engage Eco Products Group, a niche agribusiness group that maintains a holistic approach to business, by applying sustainable agriculture practices to produce eco-friendly building materials and animal feed products, that also create business and employment opportunities for remote villages in South East Asia.

Mark has a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology Sydney, and is a Certified Practicing Accountant. He completed his MBA at University of Manchester, and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
