Delivery Policy - Once you have entered your personal details and submitted your donation to SISHA online, the information that you have provided will be used to process the applicable donation via SISHA's merchant facilities. Once SISHA is notified of your donation, SISHA will send you an official SISHA donation receipt, personal thank you letter and for donations over $500, a SISHA Certificate of Appreciation via email within 3 working days of receiving notification of your donation. If you have not received notification from SISHA within 5 working days of making your online donation, please contact SISHA on [email protected] and we will respond immediately to your query.
15. Refund Policy - Unfortunately due to the nature of our activities we are unable to refund donations.
