Based in Cambodia’s capital city, Phnom Penh, SISHA’s Investigation Team of investigators and police officers operate covertly in both reactive and proactive operations to detect and investigate violations of law related to the trafficking and exploitation of children, women and men. Working in close collaboration with local police, SISHA secures the rescue of victims from situations of oppression and immediately places them in safe custody. The victims are provided with round-the-clock support and services from trained SISHA staff including counselling, food, secure shelter, and SISHA Aftercare Packs containing basic necessities such as clothing, shoes, toiletries, towels and toys for children.
After rescues, SISHA’s Aftercare and Legal Team of lawyers and professional social workers ensure that victims are placed in quality aftercare facilities providing accommodation, medical assistance, trauma counselling, education and vocational skills training. To ensure justice for all victims who are willing to pursue legal complaints against their perpetrators, SISHA guarantees access to legal representation through the services of SISHA’s on-staff attorney at law.

Mr. Steve Morrish
SISHA is driven and dynamically led by its Founder and Executive Director, Mr. Steve Morrish, a former Senior Detective with 8 years of experience from Australia’s Victoria Police Force. Morrish has four years of experience training local police and investigating cases of human trafficking and child exploitation in the South East Asia region, and he is proficient in Khmer, the Cambodian language.

Allan’s positions on various company boards worldwide and his involvement in projects in the green energy and environmental arena have given him extensive experience working with local governments and non-government entities and a robust understanding of the intricacies and demands of working at ground level in developing countries.

Simon Wagstaff joined the SISHA Board of Directors in April 2008. He has 31 years of experience in the security and travel business, and he has lived and worked as a consultant in Asia for almost 18 years. Prior to this, Simon served in the British Military for 18 years. He is a Veteran of the Falklands War, completed seven active duty tours in Northern Ireland, and spent several years on active counter-terrorist duty in Europe for which he was awarded the British Empire Medal for Meritorious Service. Simon has completed the Aviation Security Management course at the International Centre for Air Transport Management in Tel Aviv, Israel and has provided a range of services to support clients in sectors including energy, banking, insurance, technology, manufacturing, retail and travel for high-profile executives, entertainers, sports stars, heads of state, foreign dignitaries and diplomats.

Mary Hawkins has worked in the ICT industry for twenty years in a range of positions and industry sectors. In early 2009 she established a consultancy business focusing on developing IT strategies for companies wishing to achieve energy efficiencies within technology and build environmental sustainability. She has an MBA, B. Sc, B. App. Sc (Mathematics), Dip Educ and Grad Dip Computing. Her commitment to creating opportunities for Women and girls and concern for the environment has led to a number of Board of Management positions. She is the President of Board of the International Women’s Development Agency, holds positions on advisory panels for Sustainability Victoria’s Sustainability Fund and the Centre for Organisational and Social Informatics at Monash University as well as Board positions with Breast Screen Victoria, the Australian women Donor’s Network and Star of the Sea College.

Dr. Donna E Chung
Donna is a Trade and Labour Compliance Advisor at US firm Sandler, Travis and Rosenburg, P.A. (ST&R) where she heads the firm’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) practice.
Before joining ST&R, Dr. Chung worked in the US Department of Labour’s Office of Child Labour, Forced Labour and Human Trafficking, managing child labour elimination projects in Latin America and the Caribbean and coordinating the research for the office’s CSR portfolio.
Dr. Chung holds a PhD and a Masters degree, both in international relations, from Oxford University, and a B.A. in ethics, politics and economics from Yale University. Her doctoral research focused on international labour standards and CSR in China’s apparel and footwear industries. Her research also included the creation of a framework for understanding CSR in the context of free trade agreements and the U.S. trade policy. In addition to her work at ST&R, she serves as an adjunct professor at the American University’s School of International Service, where she teaches a master’s course on international policy analysis. Dr. Chung also serves on the National Academy of Sciences’ Committee to Eliminate Use of Child Labour and Forced Labour, and as an expert advisor on the subject of child and forced labour. Additionally, she co-chairs the committee on export promotion, trade development, and international finance of Women in International Trade. She is fluent in Korean and Spanish.
Mr. Edward Kelly
Ed is a lawyer at LaRiviere, Grubman & Payne LLP, where he serves as Head of Foreign Operations. He is based in Bangkok, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Ed has consistently been identified by the AsiaLaw Leading Lawyers Survey as one of Asia’s leading business lawyers in the area of intellectual property. Ed has also been recognised in the Guide to the World’s Leading Trade Mark Law Practitioners and the Guide to the World’s Leading Patent Law Practitioners as a pre-eminent practitioner in the fields of trademark law and patent law.
Ed is also on the Advisory Board of Factory Watch, the Southern California based clearinghouse for industry intelligence on anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy initiatives. He frequently lectures and publishes on intellectual property topics before government agencies and trade associations. He has a special interest in developing cost-effective strategies to suppress illicit trafficking operations run by organised crime syndicates. He has also been a guest law lecturer at several universities spanning Thailand, Singapore and the United States.
As a social activist, Ed and his wife, Sasithorn, manage micro-finance projects to incubate sustainable economic development for small and medium enterprises (SME’s) at the village level in Thailand and Cambodia. In their spare time, Ed and Sasithorn maintain a working rice farm in rural Burirum, Thailand.
Mrs. Georgina Hope Rinehart

Gina Rinehart is the Executive Chairperson of Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd (HPPL) and the HPPL Group of companies. She initially joined the Hancock Group as the Personal Assistant to her father, the late Lang Hancock. She has an Economics degree from Sydney University.
Gina has and continues to play a major part in Australia’s iron ore and coal industry and has been instrumental in the undertaking of a number of bankable feasibility studies that have led to the creation of some of Australia’s largest mining sites. Gina continues to oversee significant progress exploring, evaluating and expanding potentially world class mine developments in the Hancock Prospecting Group portfolio, together with an expanding property portfolio and pastoral interests.

Nick Azadi Goodfellow
Nick is a lawyer with the criminal prosecution service in Australia. He has experience prosecuting a wide range of crimes including sexual offences involving both adult and child victims. He is currently employed as a lawyer with the United Nations in Cambodia. Nick has previously worked at the Office of the Prosecutor in the International Criminal Court based in The Hague. He has also worked and volunteered in a number of other areas of public interest law including refugee law and public housing. He has a long standing interest in the prevention and prosecution of sexual crimes against women and children.
Mr. David McGinty
Based in Washington,DC, David is a strategy and operations advisor to INGOs and a Professor of Nonprofit Law at Villanova University. His practice focuses on designing and implementing cross-border operating, finance, and co-venture/merger strategies. Recent examples of his work include advising The Global Giving Foundation on its co-venture with Pepsi (Pepsi Refresh), internal stakeholders at Deloitte on its pro bono program, for-profits and NGOs on strategic partnerships and mergers, and development organizations on effective partnerships (including UNICEF, IRD, Catholic Relief Services, World Vision, and Save the Children).
David has also served as Executive Director of a multinational social enterprise and in Deloitte’s Washington International practice. In addition to frequently speaking and publishing, David’s work with NGOs and social enterprises has been recently recognized by The Envest Foundation and in the Washington Post. When not travelling, David lives on his sailboat on the Chesapeake Bay.
James With is an accomplished actor and producer. Presently residing in Asia, he has worked his way up to stardom in films such as “The Phantom” with Billy Zane and Catherine Zeta Jones, “The Quest” with Jean Claude Van Damme, & “Independence Day” starring Will Smith. Sylvester Stallone blew his preacher character to bits in “Rambo”, Nicholas Cage scoped him out in “Bangkok Dangerous” and working with talents including Roland Emmerich, Jackie Chan & Roger Moore and many others.
Completing studies at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) and the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), James has put his diverse wealth of life’s experiences into his work as a producer and entertainment specialist, producing & co-producing through his flagship company TRI-US ENTERTAINMENT. James has worked in the fields of investment banking and finance for international banks and investment firms, having also worked as a licensed securities dealer and financial investment advisor. James has cultivated a strong interest in structuring financial products for entertainment and the arts, focusing on stories with significant humanitarian, geographical and environmental themes.
James loves acting and working actively in front of the camera and also relishes the challenges of production and working behind the camera. Sharing life and business with others continually inspires him to work at high professional standards and through the medium of entertainment he is intent on promoting Asia’s vast range of locations, cultures and peoples in the global entertainment industry.

James McMahon DSC, DSM
James is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Azure Capital a corporate advisory business. Before that James served in the Australian Defence Force for over 24 years. At the operational level, the majority of James’ service was in the Special Air Service Regiment (SAS) where he was the Commanding Officer. At the strategic level, the majority of his service was in Capability Management and Human Resources.
James is a graduate of the Australian Defence College and holds a Graduate Diploma in Management, a Masters in Management and a Masters in Business Administration. He is a Non-Executive Director to the Board of the West Coast Eagles Football Club and the SAS Resources Trust. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
James has been awarded the Distinguished Service Cross (DSC) and Distinguished Service Medal (DSM) for command and leadership in action during his command in Timor Leste, Afghanistan and Iraq.
